大肠癌组织蛋白酶B表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度和生物学行为的关系

目的:探讨不同类型大肠癌组织蛋白酶()表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度(BCathepsinB,CBmicrovesseldensity,)和生物学行为的关系。MVD方法:采用免疫组化方法对例不同类型大肠癌及进行半定量和定量研究。47CBMVD结果:CB在大肠癌粘液性癌表达高于非粘液性癌,差别具显著性(P<),强阳性组值高于阴性组,二者具有显著差异0.05CBMVD(P<)。大肠癌表达与淋巴结转移关系密切(0.05CBP<)。0.05结论:结果提示,大肠癌表达与值和肿瘤浸润转CBMVD移有关,在粘液性大肠癌浸润转移中作用可能更为重要。CB

Cathepsin B expression and its relationship with microvessel density and biological behaviour in colorectal cancer

Objective: To discuss cathepsin B(CB) expression in colorectal cancer and its relationship with microvessel density (MVD) and biological behaviour. Methods: CB and MVD was detected by method of immunohistochemistry with ration and half-ration in 47 cases of colorectal cancer. Results: The prevalence of CB positive in mucinous colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in non-mucinous colorectal carcinoma. There were also significant differences between mucinous colorectal carcinoma and non-mucinus colorectal cacinoma(P<0.05). The quantity of MVD in the group with CB strong positive was greater than that in the group with CB negative . There were also significant differences between them ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The results suggest that CB expression has corelation with MVD, invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma. CB may be more important in the invasion and metastasis of mucinous colorectal carcinoma .
