| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨明胶酶在食管癌中的表达及其意义。方法：以明胶酶谱（gel zymography）法对35例食管癌（其中27例鳞癌、8例腺癌）及8例正常食管粘膜组织中明胶酶表达水平进行检测。结果：明胶酶（MMP－2、pro－MMP－1和MMP－9）在癌组织和正常粘膜中表达差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；有淋巴结转移组（3－4期）显著高于无淋巴结转移组（0－2期）（P＜0.05）。结论：明胶酶与食管的发生发展，特别与肿瘤的侵袭转移关系密切，并且有望成为判断食管癌临床预后的新指标；明胶酶谱法是检测IV型胶原酶的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the expression of gelatinases in esophageal cancer and its significance Methods: Gel zymography was used to examine the contents of gelatinases in 35 tissue samples of esophageal cancer, including 27 samples of squamocellular cancer and 8 samples of adenocarcinoma Eight samples of normal mucosas were used as control Results: There existed significant difference in contents of gelatinase between cancer tissues and normal controls ( P <0 05) Expression of gelatinases in the group with metastatic lymph nodes was higher than that without ( P <0 05) Conclusions: Gelatinases are correlated to occurrence and evolution of esophageal cancer,especially to those with lymph node metastasis Gel zymography is an effective method to examine the contents of gelatinases |
