360份药物不良反应报告分析

目的：了解药物不良反应（ADR）的发生和分布情况,为监测提供依据和对临床用药的安全性做出评价,并提出解决办法,提高报告质量。方法：采用回顾性研究方法结合EXCEL电子表格对某医院360份ADR进行统计分析。结果：一般程度的ADR最多,占97.77%;青中年（21～40这年龄段）的ADR发病率高,为39.43%;主要累及的系统-器官为皮肤及其附属器,占35.55%,消化系统次之,为27.22%;给药途径以静脉给药为主,占65.55%;抗微生物药物品种占57.86%,单独用药例数占82.78%;90.28%的ADR均治愈。结论：加强药品不良反应监测工作,提高报告质量,保障公众用药安全,减少ADR的发生。

Analysis of 360 copies of adverse drug reaction report

Objective:To analyse some targets of 360 adverse drug reaction(ADR)reports from a hospital in 2006 and investigate the occurrence and distribution of ADR,so as to provide a reference for preventing and managing the ADR and evaluating the safety of clinical medication,put forward the method to solve the existed problems and improve the quality of report.Methods:The retrospective research conbined with excel table was used to analyse 360 copies of ADR report from a hospital in 2006.Results:The ordinary ADR report was maximum accounting for 97.77%;ADR mostly occurred in young and middle-aged people,its incidence rate was 39.43%;the main involved system and organ were skin and its appendix accounting for 35.55%,and the digestive system took the second place accounting for 27.22%;the main route of administration was injected in vein accounting for 65.55%;the antimicrobial drugs accounted for 67.86% and the patients receiving only kind of medicine accounted for 82.78%;about 90.28% of ADR outcomes were cured.Conclusion:Strengthening ADR monitoring and improving the quality of report are the key steps in ensuring the safety of public medication and decreasing the occurrence of ADR.
