| 摘 要： | 本研究应用活性钙治疗精子质量异常的男性不育者，治疗前后采用精液常规检查，多次曝光法测定精子前向运动速度，底物膜法测定精子顶体蛋白酶活性，以及血清钙，精浆钙浓度等，并按照随机分组及双盲的原则对精子质量进行对照观察研究。结果表明活性钙能明显增加血清钙和精浆钙浓度，全面改善和提高精子质量，并有促进生精功能作用，尤其对男性不育者中精子顶体酶活性异常，活性钙有明显增强酶活性的作用

| Abstract: | Activated calcium was used in the treatment of sperm abnormality in the male infertile patients. Before and after the treatment, sperm qualities, such as the results of conventional semen analysis, the sperm swiming velocity determined by multiple exposure photography method, the acrosin activity by substrate film technique, and the calcium concentration in serum and sperm, were statistically investigated according to the principle of random grouping and double blind. The results showed that taking activated calcium orally could significantly increase calcium concentration in serum and seminal plasma, improve sperm quality and promote spermatogenesis, and could especially enhance acrosin activity of the male infertile patients. |
