| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)病人预后的相关性。方法选择ACS病人76例,入院后立即抽取肘静脉血测定血清cTnI水平,并观察病人住院期间和随访30d主要心血管事件的发生情况。结果76例ACS病人中,血清cTnI值增高(≥0.16ng/mL)者32例,在30d随访中cTnI增高组发生主要心血管事件明显高于cTnI正常组(P<0.05)。结论血清cTnI值增高是ACS病人预后预测因素,并且是ACS病人主要心血管事件发生的独立预测因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of serum troponin I (cTn I) on prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods Among 76 consecutive patients (pts), 26 pts were with unstable angina,31 pts with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction,19 pts with ST-elevation myocardial infarction.The blood samples were tested immediately after admission, kinetics of cTn I were analyzed.Results The cTn I levels were elevated in 32 pts. The major cardiovascular events in 32 pts during the follow-up were significantly higher than that in the group with normal cTn I(P<0.05). Conclusion During follow-up period, previous myocardial infarction history and the level of serum of cTn I were independent predictive factors for major cardiovascular events in pts with ACS. |
