| 摘 要： | 【目的】研究浓度和pH值对磷酸川芎嗪鼠皮透过性影响。【方法】采用立式Franz扩散池法考察浓度和pH值对磷酸川芎嗪体外渗透曲线及参数影响。【结果】随着浓度增加，磷酸川芎嗪透皮速率呈非浓度相关性增加，其透皮速率随pH值升高增加。【结论】药物浓度、供给液pH值的对磷酸川芎嗪经皮渗透有一定的影响。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To investigate the effect of concentration and pH value on the transdermal character of ligustrazine phosphate across rat skin. [Methods] The method of ventricular Franz diffusion cell was applied to investigate the effect of concentration and pH value on permeation curve profde and parameters of ligustrazine phosphate. [ Results] With increase of concentration and pH value, the steady permeation speed was elevated. [ Condusions] Transdermal absorption of ligustrazine phosphate can be affected by the concentration of the drug and various pH value. |
