5001名就业前工人HBsAg携带状况调查

目的 了解和分析兴宁市健康人群中HBsAg携带现况。方法 随机抽取2000—2002年兴宁市外出就业前工人，用乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)酶免试剂，采用一步夹心法原理检测HBsAg。结果 检查5001名外出就业前工人，其中2000年1580名，2001年1698名，2002年1723名，检出HBsAS阳性943人，阳性率为18．86％。2000年HBsAg阳性504人，2001年HBsAg阳性220人，2002年HBsAg阳性219人，阳性率分别为31．90％、12．96％、12．71％。男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性。结论 兴宁市健康人群中HBsAg携带高于全国人群平均水平(10％)。应进一步开展预防HBV感染卫生宣传教育，增强人们的卫生意识，提高自我保健能力，控制或消除人群HBV感染。

A Survey of HBV Carrier in 5001 Preemployed Workers in Xingning City

Objective To investigate and analyze the HBV carriers of healthy populations of Xingning City of Guangdong province. Methods One step Sandwich method of ELISA was used to detect HBsAg in the serum samples obtained from the randomly chosen preemployed workers between the year 2000 and 2002. Result There are 5001 workers were surveyed altogether, among which 1580 cases were surveyed in year 2000, 1698 cases in year 2001 and 1723 cases in year 2002. There were 943 cases were HBsAg positive and the positivity rate was 18.86%. The positive cases and positivity rates of year 2000, 2001 and 2002 were 504 (31.90%), 220 (12.96%), and 219 (12.71%) respectively. The positivity rate of male was higher than that of female. Conclusions The positivity rate of HBsAg in healthy population in Xingning city is higher than the average level in the whole nation, which is 10%. More propagandas and education on the prevention of HBV should be done to enhance sense of health and self protect ability of the people, thus to control and eradicate HBV infection among the population.
