| 摘 要： | 临床路径的成功实施在保证医疗质量、控制医疗费用等方面发挥了重要作用。如何保证临床路径管理的顺利实施，以结构化电子病历为核心的医疗信息系统建设发挥了重要作用，为临床路径的制定、执行和评估与优化的全过程管理提供了数据保障。从数据特征角度阐述了基于结构化电子病历的临床路径电子化管理的可行性，为临床路径与医院信息系统的整合提供了建议与方法。

| Abstract: | It＇s important that development and implementation of clinical pathways in ensuring the quality of care and controlling health care costs.Structured electronic medical record as a core of medical information systems plays an important role in ensuring the development and implementation of clinical pathways. It provides a data fi.mction in the development, implementation, evaluation and optimization of the entire process of the development and implementation of clinical pathways mangement. The paper discussed the data characteristics of dectronic medical records used for the generation of clinical pathways. We provide suggestions and methods in the integration of clinical pathways and hospital information systems. |
