托烷司琼防治老年食管癌化疗不良反应的临床价值研究

目的探讨托烷司琼对老年食管癌化疗不良反应的临床价值。方法 60例老年食管癌化疗的患者,给予托烷司琼,观察其对化疗不良反应的效果。结果托烷司琼能有效预防患者的急性呕吐和恶心,有效率分别为86.7%和43.3%,少数患者发生轻微便秘、头痛、腹部不适,均无严重不良反应。结论托烷司琼能有效抑制化疗患者的急性呕吐和恶心,值得在临床推广。

Research of clinical value of tropisetron in prevention and treatment of adverse reactions in senile esophagus cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical value of tropisetron in prevention and treatment of adverse reactions in senile esophagus cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with senile esophagus cancer received tropisetron during chemotherapy. Their adverse reactions to chemotherapy were observed. Results Tropisetron could prevent acute vomiting and nausea in patients effectively, and the effective rates of that were 86.7% and 43.3% respectively. A small number of patients had mild constipation, headache, and abdominal discomfort, while no severe adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Tropisetron can effectively restrain the adverse reactions to chemotherapy, such as acute vomiting and nausea. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
