百忧解联合培菲康对肠易激综合征的治疗作用及机制探讨

目的探讨联合应用百忧解和培菲康治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果及作用机制。方法 82例肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,研究组42例联合应用百忧解和培菲康治疗,对照组40例单纯应用百忧解治疗,比较两组疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组总有效率75.00%,两组数据间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论百忧郁解联合培菲康治疗肠易激综合征具有良好的疗效,一方面可有效调节肠道内菌群恢复肠道功能,另一方面可有效激活患者脑肠轴感觉警报系统,改善因心理和精神因素对疾病的影响。

Curative effect and mechanism investigation of Prozac combined with bifico in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of combined application of Prozac and bifico in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 82 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The research group with 42 cases was treated by Prozac combined with bifico, and the control group with 40 cases received Prozac treatment alone. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total, effective rate of the research group were 97.62%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group. The difference between the two sets of data was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of Prozac combined with bifico in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has a good effect. This therapy can not only regulate the intestinal flora recovery of bowel function, but also effectively activate the sensory alarm system in brain-gut axis. It also decreases the influences of psychological and mental factors on the disease.
