摘    要:目的:研究和实现移动终端3D可视化技术在口腔医疗中的运用.方法:利用3D绘图软件绘制的牙齿立体模型成像资源,通过OpenGL接口将3D牙齿模型移植到移动设备.根据患者的病历数据,通过OpenGL技术绘制患者牙齿结构、病状以及对应治疗方案,完成病历数据到3D图像的转化.结果:成功在移动终端构建牙齿3D模型,用基于FHIR标准的病历数据库实现病人诊疗信息存储和查询,实现移动终端3D病历展示.结论:基于移动互联平台的3D可视化技术有助于优化医疗流程、普及医疗知识、提升医患沟通效率.

The Application of 3D Visualization of Mobile Terminal in Dental Healthcare

Abstract:Objective:Study and implement 3D visualization technology in dental health care on mobile devices.Method:Use 3D tooth model libraries produced by 3D painting software to paint 3D tooth on mobile devices through OpenGL API.Based on patients' medical record,we paint 3D images of patients' tooth structure,diseases,and dental procedures using OpenGL,converting text medical record into 3D images.Results:Successfully paint 3D tooth model on mobile devices.We store patients' medical data in a database based on FHIR standard,from which we access data in order to create and display 3D medical record on mobile devices.Conclusions:Mobile 3D visualization technology helps optimize medical workflow,popularize medical knowledge and promote communication efficiency between doctors and patients.
