摘    要:医患沟通不充分、医院传统服务流程效率低下和信息不对等引发的医患间缺乏信任是导致医患关系紧张的重要因素。医院信息化建设通过服务流程再造、实时质量监控和信息公开等一系列举措,能够增进医患互信,提高医疗服务效率,提升医疗服务水平,在一定程度上改善医患关系。

Abstract:Inadequate communication between paramedics and patients, low efficiency of the traditional medical service and physician-patient mistrust from information imbalance contribute to tension relations between medical personnel and the patients. The rapid development of hospital information is changing the situation, constructing a platform for medical service process transformation, real-time medical quality supervision and information open .Hospital information betters doctor-patient relationship by increasing mutual trust between doctors and patients, improving the work efficiency and medical quality.
