米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血280例疗效观察

目的：探讨米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效。方法556例足月阴道分娩产妇,随机分为观察组280例和对照组276例,观察组产妇给予米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血,对照组单一给予缩宫素,比较两组产妇产后2、24 h出血量。结果观察组产后2、24 h出血量分别为（122±49）ml、（211±28）ml,显著低于对照组（174±35）ml、（293±51）ml,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；恶心、呕吐,心律失常,高血压等不良反应发生率方面,两组患者对比差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血疗效显著,不良反应同单一用药相比差异不显著,临床可推荐应用。

Curative effect observation of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in prevention of 280 postpartum hemorrhage cases

Objective To explore the curative effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 556 vaginal delivery women at term were randomly divided into observation group （n=280） and control group （n=276）. The observation group received misoprostol combined with oxytocin in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, and the control group received oxytocin alone. The bleeding volume in postpartum 2 and 24 h of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume in postpartum 2 and 24 h of the observation group were （122±49） ml and （211±28） ml, which were obviously lower than （174±35） ml and （293±51） ml of the control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The incidences of adverse reactions, such as nausea, emesis, arrhythmia, hypertension, between the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination treatment by misoprostol and oxytocin has remarkable effect on postpartum hemorrhage, and it has no significant difference from single drug use in the respect of adverse reactions. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
