| 摘 要： | 目的：通过XML技术实现临床药历数据结构化,提高药历的查询、共享和存储效率,为临床药师系统后期改进和维护提供接口支持.方法：结合现有的住院电子病历系统平台,以及广泛使用的XML技术,采用现有软件开发工具对药历和模板进行定制开发.结果：实现医院临床药历的标准化书写和结构化存储,提高药历数据的采集速度,做到医师和药师数据共享.结论：通过开发和应用该系统能优化临床药师的工作流程和提高工作效率.

| Abstract: | Objective：Clinic pharmacy with structural data would improve efficiency in searching,data sharing and storing by XML technique,it will give support to system＇ s maintenance and improvements in future.Method：The Pharmacy Information System is integrated in platform of electronic medical record and utilizes well-known XML technique,and the system is compatible with the framework of electronic medical record system.Result：The system realizes normalization of pharmacy records and structural storage,and with help of pharmacy records,data is shared conveniently between doctors and pharmacists.Conclusion：The development and application of the system can be used to optimize the clinical pharmacists working process and improve work efficiency |
