| 摘 要： | 简述了产后电话随访工作的重要性及存在的问题,介绍了电话语音盒及其功能特点,重点阐述了如何将电话语音盒应用到产后电话随访工作中,使医院可以更好地开展产后随访工作,提高随访工作的质量和效率,提升医疗服务水平,改善医患关系,促进医院健康发展。

| Abstract: | The importance of postpartum telephone follow-up and the problems that exist in this work were introduced, and the concept of telephone box and its characters were shown in this paper. Telephone box was applied in postpartum telephone follow-up so that hospitals can carry out the work better, consequently, the quality and efficiency of follow-up work are improved, the medical service level are promoted, the relationship between hospital and patient is amended, hospitals can develop more healthily. |
