| 摘 要： | 研制了复方卡托普利(1)和氢氯噻嗪(2)缓释双层片,分别考察凝胶骨架与混合骨架双层片的释放度影响因素.结果表明缓释材料用量相同时,双层片中1的释放较单层片慢;2层乳糖用量越大,凝胶骨架双层片中1与2释放越慢,而混合骨架双层片则1加快,2减慢;2层加入5%交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮既可使2速释,也促进1的释放.

| Abstract: | The preparation and release of compound captopril(1)and hydrochlorothiazide(2)sustained-releasedouble layer tablets (DLT)with hydrophilic gel or mixed matrix were studied. The results showed 1 in two kinds of DLTreleased more slowly than single layer tablets (SLT)with the same matrix content. The higher lactose content in 2 layerwas, the more slowly 1 and 2 released in hydrophilic gel matrix DLT, while in mixed matrix DLT, 1 released more rapidlyand 2 released more slowly. When 5% PVPP was added in 2 layer, 2 released rapidly and released of 1 was acceleratedin two kinds of DLT. |
