| 摘 要： | 目的：研究影响环枢关节半脱位临床诊断因素的重要性，探讨诊断标准。方法：分析56例临床诊断为环枢关节半脱位患者的临床表现，颈椎侧位和张口位X片，以及颈椎CT平扫报告。结果：56例中38例全部符合诊断标准，18例仅有部分符合诊断标准，给予拟似诊断或待排除诊断。结论：环枢关节半脱位临床表现不同，诊断和治疗方案也应不同。

| Abstract: | Objective Study significance of influencing factors in clinical diagnosing the subluxation of atlantoaxial joint, and investigate the diagnostic criteria. Methods Analysed clinical manifestation, lateral and mouth open X - ray view of cervical spine, and cervical spinal CT reports of 56 patients diagnosed as subluxation of atlantoaxial joint clinically. Results 38 cases totally met the diagnostic criteria, another 18 eases were only partly accordance given quasi diagnosis or diagnosis to be excluded. Conclusion For subluxation of atlantoaxial joint with different clinical manifestation, different diagnosis and treatment strategy are needed. |
