黄浦区建筑工人不安全性行为及其影响因素研究

目的]了解黄浦区建筑工地工人不安全性行为现状，分析其影响因素，为性病艾滋病（STD／AIDS）区域综合防治工作的开展提供依据。方法]采用整群抽样的方法随机抽取黄浦区6个工地的594名建筑工人进行问卷调查，内容包括一般信息、首次性行为年龄、STD／AIDS知识、对性的态度、安全套使用情况等；采集血样、尿样以检验STD／AIDS感染情况；采用SPSS17．0进行单因素及多因素回归分析。结果]在调查的594名建筑工人中，发生过不安全性行为者共占30．5％；其中，有过婚前性行为的占26．8％，已婚人群中有过婚外性行为的占10．2％，有商业性行为的占5．7％，有多性伴行为的占6．7％。经binary logistic多因素回归分析表明，在该区建筑工地工人中有6个相关因素对不安全性行为有影响：文化程度越高；首次性行为年龄越小；月收入越高；STD／AIDS知识得分越高；对性的态度越重视；未婚、离异或丧偶的被调查者越易发生不安全性行为。被调查者中梅毒检出率为1．5％，淋病检出率为4．4％，生殖道沙眼衣原体检出率为0．8％。结论]建筑工地工人不安全性行为发生率较高，自我保护意识和风险意识较低，在该人群中开展行之有效的健康教育及干预尤为迫切。

Situation and Influencing Factors of Unsafe Sexual Behaviors among Construction Workers in Huangpu District, Shanghai

Objective ] To investigate the level of unsafe sexual behavior of construction workers and its influenciAg factors in Huangpu District, and to provide a theoretical basis for comprehensive control of HIV/AIDS. Methods ] Construction workers of 6 construction sites were chosen by cluster sampling to be surveyed by questionnaire, which included general information, age of first sex, knowledge of venereal diseases and AIDS, sex attitudes and situation of condom use. Blood and urine samples were collected and inspected, and SPSS 17.0 was used to perform single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analyses. Results ] The rate of having unsafe sexual behaviors in 594 responded workers was 30.5%. Among them, the rate of premarital sex was 26.8%, the rate of extramarital sex was 10.2%, the rate of having commercial sex was 5.7% and the rate of having multiple sexual partners was 6.7%. Analyzed by binary logistic regression, unsafe sexual behaviors were related to 6 factors ： those who had higher education, those whose age of first sex was younger, those who had higher monthly wage, those who had higher knowledge score about AIDS, the unmarried, the divorced, and the widowed were more likely to have unsafe sexual behaviors. The detection rate of syphilis was 1.5%, that of gonorrhea was 4.4%, and that of Chlamydia Trachomatis was 0.8%. Conclusion ] The rate of unsafe sexual behavior was high and the self-protective and risk intervention should be carried out urgently. was low among construction workers, so effective intervention should be carried out urgently.
