摘    要:目的]探讨长期辐射对男性放射人员T、B、NK淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法]检测32名男性放射工作人员T、B、NK细胞中各亚群在淋巴细胞中的百分率,按受照辐射总剂量进行分组比较。结果]CD3^+CD8^+T在≤20mSv和〉20mSv组间的百分比分别为(24.91±7.21)%和(18.68±6.99)%,差异具有统计学意义(t:2.430,P〈0.05),CD8^+CD45RO^+T在≤20mSv和〉20mSv组间的百分比分别为(6.54±2.65)%和(4.15±1.93)%,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.780,P〈0.01)。结论]长期电离辐射能引起CD3^+CD8^+T和CD8^+CD45RO^+T的降低,应加强监控。

Abstract: Objective ] To investigate the effects of long-term ionizing radiation on T, B and NK lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of male roentgenography workers. Methods ] The T, B and NK lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood lymphocyte of 32 male roentgenography workers were examined and compared among stratified groups with gradient radiation dose. Results ] There were significant difference (t = 2.430, P〈 0.05) between the percents of CD3^+CD8^+T cells in lymphocyte of ≤ 20mSv group (24.91 ± 7.21)% ]versus 〉20mSv group (18.68 ± 6.99)% ]. The percents of CD8^+CD45RO^+T cells in lymphocyte between ≤ 20mSv group (6.54± 2.65)% ]versus 〉20mSv group (4.15 ± 1.93)% ] were significantly different also (t= 2.780, P〈0.01). Conclusion ] Reduction of CD3^+CD8^+T and CD8^+CD45RO^+T subsets of lymphocyte may be resulted in long-term ionizing radiation in male roentgenography workers. Attention in monitoring on these changes should be enforced.
