硬膜外阻滞麻醉用于无痛分娩的效果观察

目的：探讨硬膜外阻滞麻醉技术用于无痛分娩的临床效果。方法选取84例单胎头位初产妇，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各42例，对照组采用产科常规的分娩方法进行生产，观察组采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉技术进行无痛分娩，比较两组的镇痛效果、产程及母婴状况。结果对照组镇痛效果总有效率为76．2％，观察组为92．9％，两组差异有统计学意义（χ^2=3．883，P＜0．05）；观察组第一、第二产程时间分别为（253．79±92．58） min、（54．69±25．57） min，对照组分别为（298．62±101．84） min、（87．33±30．26）min，两组差异均有统计学意义（t1＝2．111，t2＝5．339，均P＜0．05）；两组在第三产程时间、顺产率、产后出血等差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0．05）。结论硬膜外阻滞麻醉可减轻产妇的疼痛程度、缩短产程、对母婴影响小，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Application of the epidural anesthesia for painless childbirth

Objective To analyze the characteristics of epidural anesthesia, epidural anesthesia explore techniques for painless childbirth application results provide some clinical experience.Methods 84 cases of single cephalic primipara were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,the control group was treated with conventional obstetric delivery method for the production,the observation group was treated with epi-dural anesthesia techniques with no pain in childbirth.Analgesia, labor and perinatal conditions were compared. Results The total effective analgesic effect in the control group was 76.2%,92.9%in the observation group.There was statistically significant （χ2 =3.883,P〈0.05）;the first and second stage of labor time in the observation group was （253.79 ±92.58）min,（54.69 ±25.57）min,respectively,（298.62 ±101.84）min,（87.33 ±30.26）min in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （t1 =2.111,t2 =5.339,all P 〈0.05）;the two groups showed no significant difference （all P〉0.05） in the third stage of labor,birth rate,maternal conditions such as post-partum hemorrhage.Conclusion Epidural anesthesia for parturition can reduce maternal pain,shorten labor time,and has little impact on maternal and child.
