新鱼腥草素钠治疗进行期银屑病28例疗效观察

目的比较新鱼腥草素钠注射液、丹参注射液治疗进行期银屑病的疗效。方法将58例确诊的进行期银屑病患者随机分为两组，分别给予新鱼腥草素钠注射液和丹参注射液治疗，10d为1个疗程，连用3个疗程后分别进行疗效评价，治疗结束3个月后进行远期疗效评价。结果新鱼腥草素钠治疗进行期银屑病总有效率高于丹参，尤其在中远期疗效方面较丹参有显著性差异。结论新鱼腥草素钠注射液在短期疗效和中长期疗效方面均优于丹参注射液，可以成为治疗进行期银屑病较为有效的中成药制剂之一。

Comparison of the Curative Effect of New Sodium Houttuynine Injection and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection for Psoriasis at Progressive Stage

Objective To Comprise the curative effect of new houttuynine sodiurn injection and salvia miltiorrhiza injection for progressive stage psoriasis. Methods 58 patients with psoriasis at progressive stage were divide into 2 groups, and treat them respectively with new houttuynine sodium injection and salvia miltiorrhiza injection. 10 days for a treatment course. Make a curative effect evaluation 3 months after the treatment. Results The total effective ratio of new houttuynine sodiurn injection for progressive stage psoriasis was higher than salvia miltiorrhim injection, particularly in long- term curative effect. Conelttsions New houttuynine sodwium injection is more efficient than salvia miltiorrhiza injection for progressive stage psoriasis in both short - term and long- term effect. So it can be chosen to treat progressive stage psoriasis as one of the best Chinese -Medicine products
