| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨眼针治疗急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制.方法 应用线栓法复制急性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,采用眼针治疗,于再灌注后3h进行神经功能缺损评分,采用免疫组化、Western印迹、实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RQ-PCR)方法测定脑组织脑源性神经因子(BDNF)蛋白及mRNA表达的变化.结果 与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,脑组织BDNF蛋白及mRNA表达明显上调(P＜0.05).结论 眼针具有明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用；其机制与上调脑组织BDNF表达有关.
