| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨复元胶囊对气虚血瘀证模型大鼠血栓前状态的影响.方法 将60只16月龄SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、芪参胶囊组、复元胶囊低、中、高剂量组.采用疲劳、饥饿、寒冷多因素方法复制大鼠气虚血瘀证模型.各药物组用灌胃方式给药4 w.药物治疗后采用ELISA测定血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)的含量.结果 模型组vWF和PAI的含量明显高于空白组(P＜0.05),与模型组比较,复元胶囊各组vWF、PAI含量明显降低,且低于芪参胶囊组(P＜0.05)；模型组t-PA的含量明显低于空白组(P＜0.05),与模型组比较,复元胶囊各组t-PA的含量明显升高(P＜0.05),且高于芪参胶囊组(P＜0.05)；复元胶囊中剂量组与低、高剂量组比较,vWF、t-PA、PAI三者变化有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 复元胶囊有调节气虚血瘀证大鼠血栓前状态的作用.
