| 摘 要： | 目的 研究野菊花提取物对慢性支气管炎(CB)大鼠肺功能及血清、肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量表达的影响,以期探讨其治疗CB的部分疗效机制.方法 制备野菊花提取物；SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,喘息灵对照组,野菊花提取物低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组；以气管内注入脂多糖建立CB大鼠模型,药物干预后,检测各组大鼠肺功能,血清及肺组织匀浆中SOD活性、MDA及NO的含量.结果 模型组大鼠较空白对照组大鼠呼吸频率加快,最大呼气幅度减小,最大吸气幅度加深,模型组大鼠血清、肺组织中MDA、NO含量较空白对照组明显升高,SOD活力显著下降(P＜0.05),而经野菊花提取物治疗后,各组大鼠呼吸功能明显改善,且能显著提高SOD水平,降低MDA、NO含量(P＜0.05).结论 野菊花提取物具有明显改善CB大鼠呼吸功能及自由基代谢的作用.
