| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型脑损伤舍并高钠血症的病因和治疗方法及其对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析16例并发高钠血症的重型脑损伤患者的诊断和治疗，以及血清钠升高程度和变化与脑损伤预后的关系。结果经治疗后血清钠降至正常者5例，未降至正常者11例，死亡12例，死亡率75％。结论高钠血症是重型脑损伤的严重并发症，病死率高，应通过综合措施积极防治。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of severe brain injury patients complicated with hypematremia. Methods The data concerning diagnosis and treatment of 16 severe brain injury patients complicated with hypernatremia were retrospectively analyzed and the relationship between the increase of level of serum Na^＋ and the prognosis of brain injury. Results The level of serum Na^＋ of 5 hypematremla cases declined to normal and that in 11 hypernatremia cases was maintained at the same level, The fatality rate was 75%. Conclusion Hypematremia is a severe complication of severe brain damage. Thus comprehensive measures be taken. |
