| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在产后大出血临床治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年4月至2011年10月急诊科收治35例产后大出血患者经皮双侧子宫动脉栓塞术有效率、术后不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果 35例产后大出血患者行急诊子宫动脉栓塞术均一次成功止血（有效率100%）,无1例出现严重并发症。结论具有操作简单、创伤性小、止血迅速彻底、安全性高、保留生育功能、治愈率高、并发症少等优点的子宫动脉栓塞术可作为治疗产后大出血的首选方法 ,临床应用价值重大。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the application value of uterine ,artery embolization in the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the efficiency and complications of percutaneous bilateral uterine artery embolization of 35 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients in emergency department from April 2009 to October 2011. Results 35 cases of postpartum hemorrhage underwent emergency uterine artery embolization is a successful hemostasis （100% efficiency）, with no serious complications. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization with simple traumatic, stopping bleeding quickly and thoroughly, safe, preserving fertility in high cure rate, and fewer complication, can be used as the preferrd method of treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, a significant clinical value. |
