有机硅抗菌布抑菌影响因素的试验观察

摘    要:为了解对有机硅抗菌布抑菌的影响因素,进行了抑菌试验。结果,对金黄色葡萄球菌.白色念珠菌作用5 min,抑菌率分别为 99.36%与 53.81%,作用 40 min者分别为 99.98%与 99.45%。该抗菌布抑菌作用随有机硅整理剂含量增加、作用时间延长而增强,随抗菌布洗涤次数增多而减弱;高温存放 14 d,菌悬液中加有蛋白胨、小牛血清或营养肉汤,对其抑菌效果影响较小。

Abstract:In order to know the factors influencing the bacteriostatic / fungistatic efficacy of organic silicon antibacterial cloth, the bacteriostatic/ fungistatic test was carried out. The results indi- cated that the inhibitory rates of Slaphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were 99.36% and 53.81 % respectively after exposure for 5 min and 99.98% and 99.45% respectively after expo- sure for 40 min. The bacteriostatic / fungistatic efficacy of the cloth increased with increasing the mass concentration of organic silicon finishing agent and prolonging the exposure time, and de- creased with increasing the frequency of washing of the cloth. Storing of the cloth at high tem- perature for l4 days and addition of peptone, calf serum or nutrient broth to the bacterial (fungal) suspension presented little influence on the bacteriostatic / fungistatic efficacy.
