永久心脏起搏器植入93例临床分析

目的分析永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后的临床效果及并发症。方法对93例永久心脏起搏器植入的患者进行随访,分析术中及术后的效果和并发症。结果93例患者手术均获成功,患者术前症状很快消失或得到不同程度的缓解。随访6个月～8年,并发症为囊袋感染1例,囊袋出血2例,起搏器综合症2例,起搏器介导心动过速(PMT)1例,电极移位1例。结论永久心脏起搏器疗效确切,加强随访,减少并发症发生。

Clinical analysis of cardia permanent pacemaker in 93 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect and complications of the operation.Methods following the 93 cases who have planted the permanent pacemakers,analyze the therapeutic effect and complications during and after the plant operation.Results All cases were succeeded in implanting,and the symptom immediately disappeared or reduced in different degrees.Following 6 months to 8 years,the complications included one case of infection of swollen,two case of swollen package of the pacemaker,two cases of pacemaker syndrome,one case of pacemaker media tachycardia,one case of electrode shift.Conclusion The effect of the permanent pacemaker is very valuable,reduce the complication by following the cases.
