乳腺癌术后辅助化疗联合乌苯美司治疗对免疫功能及骨髓抑制的影响

目的：探讨乳腺癌术后辅助化疗联合乌苯美司治疗对患者免疫功能、骨髓抑制的影响。方法：对30例乳腺癌术后患者行化疗联合乌苯美司辅助治疗和30例单用化疗治疗的乳腺癌术后患者外周血中 T 淋巴细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞（natural killer cell，NK）进行检测。结果：治疗后化疗联合乌苯美司治疗组患者外周血中 CD3、CD4 T 淋巴细胞和 NK 细胞所占比例明显高于单用化疗（对照组），T3与 T4比值差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：乌苯美司能有效提高化疗后患者机体免疫功能，减轻化疗骨髓抑制，提高生活质量。

Effects of adjuvant chemotherapy combined with ubenimex for treatment of breast cancer after operation on immune function and myelosuppression

Objective:To study the effect of combined ubenimex adjuvant chemotherapy on breast cancer immune function,myelosuppression and quality of life.Methods:In 30 cases of breast cancer patients treated by adjuvant chemotherapy combined with ubenimex and 30 patients treated only with chemotherapy,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells(NK)were detected.Results:After treatment,in the treatment group(adjuvant chemo-therapy combined with ubenimex),CD4,CD3 in peripheral blood T lymphocytes and NK cell ratio were significantly higher than that of chemotherapy alone(control group).T3 and T4 ratio had significant difference(P <0.05).Con-clusion:Ubenimex can effectively improve the immune function of patients,reduce the inhibition of bone marrow,im-prove the quality of life.
