摘    要:目的 探讨Bmi1与EZH2共同高表达对食管鳞癌的影响.方法 回顾性分析82例食管鳞癌患者的临床资料,考察Bmi1与EZH2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况及其对食管鳞癌患者生存率的影响,并进一步分析Bmi1与EZH2的表达情况对食管鳞癌的影响是否存在关联性.结果 肿瘤组织Bmi1与EZH2的IS得分均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Bmi1高表达组患者2~5年及5年生存率较Bmi1低表达组低(P<0.05),EZH2高表达组患者各时间段生存率与低表达组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Bmi1与EZH2共同高表达组与其他组的食管鳞癌患者的P16表达情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Bmi1与EZH2与食管鳞癌的发生和发展有密切联系,且影响食管鳞癌患者的预后,Bmi1与EZH2共同高表达是食管鳞癌发生的独立危险因素.

Expression of Bmi-1 and EZH-2 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Clinical Value
Abstract:Objective To explore co-overexpression of Bmi 1 and EZH2 on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma .Meth-ods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 82 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was conducted .Expres-sion of of Bmi1 and EZH2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its influence on survival rate were detected ,and further a-nalysis of the association of Bmi 1 and EZH2 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its impact was conducted .Re-sults The IS scores of Bmi1 and EZH2 in tumor tissues were significantly higher than adjacent tissues (P<0.05);2~5 and 5-year survival rates of the patients with high expression of Bmi 1 were lower than patients with low expression of Bmi1(P<0.05), there had no significant difference in the survival rates at different time between patients with high EZH 2 expression and patients with low EZH2 expression (P>0.05);there had no significant difference in P16 expression between patients with co-overexpres-sion of Bmi1 and EZH2 group and other group (P>0.05).Conclusion Bmi1 and EZH2 are closely related with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell cancer ,and it influence the prognosis of patients ,and co-overexpression of Bmi1 and EZH2 is an independent risk factor for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma .
