奥施康定联合放化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者疼痛治疗的疗效观察

目的：探讨奥施康定联合放疗、紫杉醇＋表阿霉素化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者癌痛的临床疗效。方法以入院病例号为编号，根据随机数字表，将80例确诊为失去手术机会或一线治疗后复发转移的晚期乳腺癌合并疼痛的患者随机分成2组，每组40例。治疗过程中，实施奥施康定联合放疗、紫杉醇＋表阿霉素化疗的患者归为观察组（40例）；采用放、化疗治疗的患者记为对照组（40例）。观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛强度变化、疼痛疗效以及治疗过程中不良反应，探讨其临床治疗价值。结果①治疗后观察组疼痛强度数字评分（1．50±0．92）分明显低于对照组（3．01±0．87）分，P＜0．05。②2组患者治疗后疼痛缓解程度显效率，观察组（85．0％）明显高于对照组（19．0％），P＜0．05。结论奥施康定联合放化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌疼痛，疗效确定，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Oxycontin Combined with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Breast Cancer Pain

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxycontin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer pain .Methods According to the random number table ,80 patients with advanced breast cancer and pain who were diagnosed as having lost the chance of surgery or with recurrence and metastatic cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group .The observation group received oxycontin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy ,and the control group received radiotherapy and chemotherapy .Pain intensity changes ,pain efficacy ,and adverse reactions in the treatment process of the 2 groups before and after the treatment were observed .Results ①After treatment ,the pain intensity score of the observation group(1.50 ±0.92) was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.01 ±0.87),P<0.05.②Pain relief af-ter treatment in the observation group (85.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (19.0%),P<0.05.Con-clusion Oxycontin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer pain is effective ,safe and reliable , it is worthy of clinical application .
