| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨磁共振动态扫描对乳腺癌诊断的临床价值。方法：对158例病例进行磁共振动态增强扫描（乳腺钼靶或乳腺超声发现肿块）。对穿刺活检证实乳腺癌的86例患者，回顾性分析磁共振波谱分析（MRS）及磁共振弹性成像（MRE）检查，并进行两者诊断准确性比较。结果：107例患者行磁共振动态增强扫描诊断乳腺癌，与手术或病理诊断的符合率为96．26％。MRS 和 MRE 两项检查对于早期乳腺癌诊断的准确性分别可达78．48％和81．65％。结论：磁共振动态扫描对乳腺癌的诊断及治疗具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical value of MRI scans in breast cancer diagnosis.Methods:A total of 158 cases with breast cancer tested by breast B ultrasound and mammography did dynamic contrast -enhanced magnetic resonance scanning.86 breast cancer patients who had been confirmed by puncture biopsy contrast diagnose accuracy of MRS and MRE was retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 107 cases with breast cancer diagnosed by enhanced dynamic MRI scan,and the coincidence rate of diagnosis with operation or pathology was 96.26%.The accuracy test of MRS and MRE for breast cancer diagnosis was 78.48% and 81.65%.Conclusion:In breast cancer the dynamic contrast enhanced MRI scans has great value of diagnosis and treatment. |
