彩色超声联合 X 线钼靶摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的:研究彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析270例乳腺癌患者的彩色超声、X线钼靶摄影以及二者联合的检查结果,并与术后或者是病理学分析结果进行对比。从阳性诊断符合率、乳腺类型、恶性肿瘤的肿块粒径、癌的类型4个方面的结果进行分析。结果单用彩色超声、单用X线钼靶摄影和彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影的阳性诊断符合度分别为86.1%、87.9%和96.5%,单用彩色超声和单用X线钼靶摄影的阳性诊断符合度均明显低于彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于不同的乳腺类型,则单用彩色超声、单用X线钼靶摄影和彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影的正确诊断率分别为72.2%、77.1%和91.1%,单用彩色超声、单用X线钼靶摄影的正确诊断率明显低于彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);对于不同的肿块粒径,单用彩色超声、单用X线钼靶摄影和彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影的正确诊断率分别为79.2%、74.4%、92.6%,彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影诊断准确率明显高于单用彩色超声和单用X线钼靶摄影,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);在不同类型的癌方面,单用彩色超声、单用X线钼靶摄影和彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影的正确诊断率分别为77.2%、76.3%、93.1%,彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影的准确率均明显高于单用彩色超声、单用X线钼靶摄影的诊断准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色超声和X线钼靶摄影在检查乳腺癌过程中,都具有各自的优势和劣势,二者联合之后能显著提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率,提高对乳腺肿瘤的早期发现率,具有较大实用价值。

Value of Color Ultrasonic Joint X-ray Molybdenum Target Photography in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Abstract:Objective To study the value of color ultrasonography combined with X-ray mammography photography in the diagnosis of breast cancer .Methods Retrospective analysis of color ultrasound ,X-ray mammography and combined test re-sults of 270 patients with breast cancer were conducted ,and were compared with the postoperative or pathological results .4 as-pects were analyzed including positive results from the diagnosis rate ,type of breast ,malignant tumor mass particle size and type of cancer.Results The use of color ultrasound ,X-ray mammography and color ultrasonic joint X-ray mammography photographic positive diagnosis conformity degree were 86.1%,87.9%and 96.5%,respectively,using color ultrasonic and X-ray mammogra-phy alone photography of positive diagnosis of conformity degree were significantly lower than the color ultrasonography combined X-ray mammography photography ,there had statistically significant difference ( P<0.05);At different types of mammary gland , the use of color ultrasound ,X-ray mammography and color ultrasonic joint X-ray mammography photo the correct diagnostic rates were 72.2%,77.1%and 91.1%,respectively use color ultrasound ,X-ray mammography alone photography the correct diagnostic rates were significantly lower than the color ultrasonography combined X-ray mammography photography , there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05);For different particle size of the lump,using color ultrasound,X-ray mammography and color ul-trasonic joint X-ray mammography photo the correct diagnostic rate were 79.2%,74.4%,92.6%,joint X-ray mammography pho-tography color ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than color ultrasonic and X -ray mammography alone ,there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05);At different types of cancer,the use of color ultrasound,X-ray mammography and color ultrasonic joint X-ray mammography photo the correct diagnostic rate were 77.2%,76.3%,93.1%,use color ultra-sound,X-ray diagnostic accuracy of molybdenum target photography were significantly lower than color ultrasonography combined X-ray mammography photography,there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Color ultrasonography and X-ray mammography photography in the screening of breast cancer have their respective advantages and disadvantages ,joint detection can significantly increase the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer ,increase the rate of early detection of breast cancer , and it has important clinical value .
