超声联合超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨常规超声联合超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对104例乳腺疾病患者进行常规及弹性成像超声检查，以病理学检查结果为金标准，评估乳腺癌常规超声和弹性成像的准确性、特异性及敏感性。结果常规超声诊断乳腺恶性肿块的敏感性为75．0％（27／36），特异性为86．4％（76／88），准确性为83．1％（103／124）；常规超声联合弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为80．6％（29／36），特异性为89．8％（79／88），准确性为90．3％（112／124）。常规超声诊断与二者联合应用对乳腺良、恶性病灶诊断的差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论常规超声联合超声弹性成像应用可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性，可在临床上推广使用。

Conventional Ultrasound Combined with Ultrasound Elastography in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the value of routine ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the diag -nosis of breast cancer .Methods 104 cases of breast disease received conventional ultrasound and elastography ,and pathological results were used to evaluate the accuracy ,specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer ultrasound and elastography .Results The sensitivity of conventional ultrasound diagnosis for breast malignant tumors was 75.0%(27/36),specificity was 86.4%(76/88),and accuracy was 83.1%(103/124);sensitivity of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the di -agnosis of breast malignant tumors was 80.6%(29/36),specificity was 89.8%(79/88),and accuracy was 90.3%(112/124), There had significant difference in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions between the 2 groups (P<0.05).Con-clusion Routine ultrasound combined with elastography can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer ,and it can pro-mote the use in clinical practice .
