EGFR 和 TGF-α在胃癌组织中表达的意义

目的：探讨EGFR和TGF-α的表达情况与胃癌临床病理特点的相关性。方法对行胃癌根治术以及术后化疗的110例患者采集标本，并做固定、包埋、切片、免疫荧光染色，检验EGFR和TGF-α表达的含量。以正常胃黏膜组织45例作为对照，对比正常组织和病理组织EGFR和TGF-α表达有无统计学差异；对比EGFR和TGF-α在同一患者胃癌组织和癌旁组织中表达有无统计学差异；判断EGFR和TGF-α的表达水平与患者总体生存期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分级、肿瘤复发有无相关性。结果 EGFR 在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织和胃癌组织中阳性率分别为8．89％、52．73％、43．64％。 TGF-α在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织和胃癌组织中阳性率分别为11．11％、57．27％、49．09％。正常胃黏膜组织中EGFR和TGF-α的表达与癌旁组织、胃癌组织比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。 EGFR和TGF-α的表达呈正相关。高表达与低表达EGFR、TGF-α的患者在总体生存期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分级、肿瘤复发率等指标上有统计学差异。结论 EGFR和TGF-α在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中表达较正常胃黏膜显著升高，EGFR和TGF-α表达呈正相关，且高表达EGFR和TGF-α的患者预后较差。

The Expression of EGFR and TGF-alpha in Gastric Cancer

Objective To discuss the relationship between expression level of EGFR ,TGF-αand the pathological char-acteristic of gastric cancer .Methods 110 patients underwent radical operation of gastric cancer were selected .All patients re-ceived follow-up visits for 8~14 years and their specimens were preserved after surgery .The collected specimens were fixed ,em-bedded ,slided and received immunofluorescently stain , the expression level of EGFR and TGF-αwere detected .The expression level of EGFR with TGF-αin normal gastric epithelial tissues ,para-carcinoma tissues and gastric cancer tissues were compared . The relationship between high expression of EGFR ,TGF-αand overall survival,tumor size,tumor grade,and recurrence rate were detected .Results Positive expression rates of EGFR in normal gastric epithelial tissues ,para-carcinoma tissues and gastric canc-er tissues was 8.89%、52.73%、43.64%,respectively.Positive expression rates of TGF-αin normal gastric epithelial tissues , para-carcinoma tissues and gastric cancer tissues was 11.11%、57.27%、49.09%,respectively.There was a statistical difference in the expression of EGFR,TGF-αin the 2 different tissues(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression level of EGFR and TGF-α.There were statistic differences in overall survival ,tumor size,tumor grade,recurrence rate of patients with different expression of levels of EGFR and TGF-α.Conclusion EGFR and TGF-α’ s expression levels are higher in para-carcinoma tissues and gastric cancer tissues than in normal gastric epithelial tissues .High expression level of EGFR and TGF-αsuggests bad outcomes .
