榄香烯注射液联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的疗效与安全性的Meta分析

目的:采用Meta分析方法对榄香烯注射液联合经导管肝动脉化学栓塞术（TACE）治疗原发性肝癌的疗效与安全性进行系统评价。方法:检索Pubmed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、中国知网CNKI全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库，查找自建库至2016年1月公开发表的研究榄香烯注射液联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的临床随机对照试验。按照纳入与排除标准选择文献，质量评估，资料提取，采用RevMan 5.2 软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6篇中文RCT文献，均为高质量研究。Meta分析结果显示，榄香烯注射液联合TACE组治疗原发性肝癌的近期有效率［OR=2.68，95%CI（1.63，4.40），P<0.000 1］、近期缓解率［OR=2.52，95%CI（1.25，5.08），P=0.010］高于单纯TACE组；而胃肠道反应［OR=1.16，95%CI（0.55，2.46），P=0.69］、骨髓抑制［OR=0.66，95%CI（0.32，1.36），P=0.26］在两组中无明显统计学差异。结论:榄香烯注射液可以提高TACE对原发性肝癌的疗效，且安全性较好。

Efficacy and safety of elemene injection combined with transcather arterial chemoemboli-zation in the treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma:A Meta -analysis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of elemene injection combined with transcather arterial chemoembolization in the treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma by Meta -analysis.Methods:Studies were identi-fied by searching Pubmed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM by January 2016.Randomized clinical trials of elemene injection combined with transcather arterial chemoembolization in the treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma were included.Choose studies according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and evaluate quality retrieve data.Meta -analysis was performed for the results of studies by using RevMan 5.2 software.Results:Six studies were included.They were all high quality studies.The results showed:the short -term effective rateOR =2.68,95%CI(1.63,4.40),P <0.000 1]and the complete responseOR =2.52,95%CI(1.25,5.08),P =0.010] of elemene injection combined with transcather arterial chemoembolization in the treatment for primary hepatic carci-noma were significantly higher than that of TACE;and there was no statistically significant difference on gastrointesti-nal reactionOR =1.16,95%CI(0.55,2.46),P =0.69]and bone marrow suppressionOR =0.66,95%CI(0.32, 1.36),P =0.26]between the two groups.Conclusion:Elemene injection could improve the curative effect of TACE in the treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma,and the safety was satisfied.
