食管癌术后胃肠功能障碍治疗体会

目的：探讨食管癌术后胃肠功能障碍的治疗体会。方法：对我院胸外科2010年6月至2014年12月1240例患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析，其中食管癌术后并发胃肠功能障碍者32例，发生率为2.58%，采用介入置管以及心理辅导、营养指导等综合治疗。结果：32例食管癌术后并发胃肠功能障碍患者在经过治疗2~5周后胃肠功能恢复，愈合良好。结论：食管癌术后胃肠功能障碍，经积极的介入置管及心理辅导、营养指导等综合治疗，取得不错的效果，可临床推广应用。

Experience in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after operation of esophageal carci-noma

Objective:To explore the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after esophageal cancer operation. Methods:Clinical data of 1 240 patients were analyzed retrospectively,including 32 cases of esophageal carcinoma postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,the incidence rate was 2. 58% . The interventional catheterization and psy-chological counseling,nutritional guidance and other comprehensive treatment were performed. Results:Thirty two ca-ses of esophageal carcinoma postoperative gastrointestinal function patients after treatment for 2 ~ 5 weeks after the restoration of gastrointestinal function was recovery. Conclusion:For esophageal carcinoma postoperative gastrointesti-nal dysfunction,the active interventional catheterization and psychological counseling,nutritional guidance and other comprehensive treatment,can achieve good results.
