| 摘 要： | 目的 研究人胚胎发育过程中肝细胞增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达水平。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 2～ 8个月胚胎肝细胞PCNA表达水平。结果 胚胎肝细胞PCNA的表达水平随月份增强。结论 胚胎肝细胞PCNA的表达水平的与胚胎发育过程中肝细胞的功能有着密切联系

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels of hepatacellular proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression in human embryonic development.Methods 2 to 8 months human embryos were used for immunohisto chemistry study of the hepa to cellular PCNA expression.Results The expression of embryonic hepatocellular PCNA increased during human development.Conclusion The expression of hepatocellular PCNA may be relative to the hepatocellular function during human embryonic development. |
