护理学基础中的沟通教育

护患有效的沟通是建立良好护患关系的前提，在校护生沟通能力的培养对其护理生涯有着重要意义。在护理学基础的教学中，从课前准备、课堂教学、课余活动、成绩鉴定、预见习等五个方面注重培养护生的沟通能力，从而可以提高护生的沟通能力。并加强其团队合作能力、逻辑推理、解决问题以及组织活动和领导能力。

The Communication of Nursing Foundation

Summary：An efficient communication between nurse and patient is the premise of a good relationship between the two. So training the stu- dents to get a good communication skill is really important. From teaching the course of nursing, the author focuses on students＂ communica- tion ability in these five respects, preparation of class, teaching, extracurr/eular activities, evaluation and fore-observatlon, which improves the students＂ communication ability and strengthen their ability of team building, logical reasoning, problem solving, organizing and leading.
