络风宁2号方对心肾综合征患者的作用

目的：观察络风宁2号方对心肾综合征患者的心肾功能及生存质量的影响。方法纳入2012年5月~2013年3月北京中医药大学东直门医院心肾综合征患者40例，随机分为全方组（n=10）、风药组（n=10）、去风药组（n=10）和西药组（n=10）。分别于治疗前和治疗3个月后，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）和血浆半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（CystatinC，CysC），分别作为评价心功能和肾功能指标，同时采用明尼苏达心衰生活质量表（MLHFQ）对患者治疗前后的生活质量进行比较。结果①与治疗前比较，治疗后全方组、风药组CysC明显降低[全方组：（7.06±2.71） ng/mlvs.（10.46±2.47）ng/ml；风药组：（8.93±5.86）ng/mlvs.（11.14±2.27）ng/ml，P＜0.05]，并显著低于西药组[（12.73±2.36）ng/ml]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；②治疗后，各组NT-proBNP较治疗前降低，但未达到统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后全方组NT-proBNP水平[（805.93±319.51）pg/ml]显著低于其他三组[风药组：（1410.85±515.93）pg/ml，去风药组：（1807.97±462.81）pg/ml，西药组：（1712.22±542.78）pg/ml]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。③治疗后，全方组、风药组和去风药组MLHFQ评分较治疗前下降，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），西药组MLHFQ评分升高；组间比较显示全方组改善最为明显，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论络风宁2号方可明显改善心肾综合征患者的心肾功能，提高患者生存质量。

Influences of Luofengning No. 2 on levels of plasma NT-proBNP and Cystatin C in patients with cardiorenal syndrome

Objective To observe the influences of Luofengning No. 2 on the functions of heart and kidney and quality of life in the patients with cardiorenal syndrome.Methods The patients （n=40） were chosen from the Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May, 2012 to Mar. 2013, and then randomly divided into whole formula group, wind medicinal group, non-wind medicinal group and Western drug group （eachn=10）. The levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） and Cystatin C （CysC） were detected by using ELISA for reviewing the functions of heart and kidney before and 3 months after treatment. The quality of life was compared by using Minnesota Living With Heart Failure Questionnaire （MLHFQ） among all groups.Results ①The level of CysC decreased significantly in whole formula group and wind medicinal group after treatment [whole formula group： （7.06±2.71） ng/mlvs. （10.46±2.47） ng/ml; wind medicinal group： （8.93± 5.86） ng/mlvs. （11.14±2.27） ng/ml,P0.05）. The level of NT-proBNP was significantly lower in whole formula group [（805.93 ±319.51） pg/ml] than that in other 3 groups [wind medicinal group： （1410.85±515.93） pg/ml; non-wind medicinal group： （1807.97±462.81） pg/ml; Western drug group （1712.22±542.78） pg/ml,P〈0.05]. ③The scores of MLHFQ decreased in whole formula group, wind medicinal group and non-wind medicinal group （P〈0.05）, and increased in Western drug group after treatment. The comparison among all groups showed that the improvement of scores of MLHFQ was the most significant in whole formula group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Luofengning Fang No. 2 can significantly improve the functions of heart and kidney and quality of life in the patients with cardiorenal syndrome.
