| 摘 要： | 亚硝胺类化合物致癌问题已受到普遍重视。本文表明:浅表性胃炎患者胃液亚硝酸盐含量为0.0110±0.0057mg-N/dl。胃癌患者胃液亚硝酸盐含量为0.0298±0.0243mg-N/dl,显著高于浅表性胃炎患者(P<0.002)。萎缩性胃炎患者胃液亚硝酸盐含量为0.0218±0.0220mg-N/dl,亦明显高于浅表性胃炎患者(P<0.05)。提示胃癌发病与胃液内亚硝酸盐含量增高密切相关。
