黑龙江部分口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

[目的]掌握出入境人员中传染病的流行情况，为口岸传染病监测工作提供科学依据。[方法]对2002～2004年47119名出入境人员体检结果进行整理分析。[结果]共检出各类疾病17552例，总检出率为37．25％。其中传染性疾病1929例，检出率为4．10％。HBsAg阳性1684例，检出率为3．57％；梅毒感染者119例，检出率为0．25％；HIV感染者4例，检出率为0．01％；肺结核患者122例，检出率为0．26％。[结论]3年中HIV和梅毒感染检出率呈缓慢上趋势；HBsAg阳性检出率呈珊陕速上升趋势；肺结核检出率呈现逐年上升趋势。

The Analysis on Surveillance Results of Infectious Disease among Entry - Exit Personnels at a part of Heilongjiang Ports

Objective To understand epidemical condition of infectious disease among entry - exit persons, and provide a scientific basis for infectious disease surveillance at ports. Methods To collect and analyze medical examination results in 47119 persons during 2002 - 2004. Results 17 552 disease cases have been found, total detection rate was 37.25% , of which, 1 929 were infectious disease cases, accounting for 4.10% . 1 684 HBsAg positive cases were identified, accounting for 3.57 % . 119 syphilis cases were defected accounting for 0.25 % . Meanwhile, there are 4 HIV infections(0.01%) and 122 TB cases (0.26%) identifed. Conclusion There is a increasing trend of HIV and syphilis infection according to the detection results in the past three years. Also, the TB positive rate deteeted is gradually increasing and HBsAg prevelance in crease drasticallg in the recent yeras.
