2005-2006年邵阳市医用X射线诊断建设项目职业病危害预评价

目的通过对2005-2006年邵阳市16个医用X射线诊断建设项目职业病危害预评价情况的分析，发现存在的问题与不足，探讨解决的办法与对策。方法将预评价项目及建设单位进行分类，对建设单位申评时点、建设单位预评价相关资料提供的情况及主要评价内容的评价结果进行分析。结果申评项目的及时申评率为68．75％；乡镇卫生机构为项目申评工作的空白点；建设单位提供的申评资料不够完整和全面；项目的放射防护设计方案不够完整和规范；项目的主要评价内容存在不同程度的缺陷。结论要进一步加大建设项目预评价工作的宣传、检查和执法力度，增强建设单位的法制观念和放射防护意识；明确建设单位、设计单位、防护施工单位和评价机构各方职责，强化建设项目放射防护设计的重要性；应重视放射防护设施设置、个人防护用品配置和放射防护管理体系建立在项目建设中的地位和作用。

Pre-Evaluation of the Occupational Hazards in Medical X-ray Diagnosis Construction Projects in Shaoyang City during 2005-2006

[Objective] To analyze the pre-evaluation of the occupational hazards in 16 X-ray diagnosis construction projects in Shaoyang during 20052006 and explore solutions and countermeasures.[Methods]The pre-evaluation and construction units were classified;the results of the pre-evaluation data and main content were analyzed.[Results]The ratio of prompt evaluation application was 68.75%;the evaluation work in the towns and villages was blank;the materials offered by the construction units were incomplete;the design proposal for radiation protection was not standard;there were various degrees of defects in the major evaluation of the projects.[Conclusion]Pre-evaluation work is expected to be strengthened;great emphasis should be put on the radiation protection facilities,individual protection materials and radiation protection management in the construction projects.
