蒙药巴特日七味丸治疗银屑病临床研究

目的：观察蒙药巴特日七味丸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：将148例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各74例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊口服和糠酸莫米松乳膏外用进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用巴特日七味丸口服治疗,疗程为3个月。采用银屑病面积严重度指数（PASI）评分评价两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况,通过随访,比较两组患者病情的复发情况。结果：观察组治疗1个月后的PASI评分为（11.63±3.28）分,治疗3个月后的PASI评分为（5.26±1.52）分,均显著高于对照组同期的PASI评分（均P〈0.05）;观察组治疗3个月后的治愈率为48.65%,有效率为85.14%,均显著高于对照组（均P〈0.05）;观察组治疗结束后6个月的复发率为14.86%,显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率的对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：巴特日七味丸可提高寻常性银屑病的临床疗效,降低其复发率,具有良好的安全性。

The Clinical Research of Psoriasis Treated by Mongolian Medicine Barteri Seven- Flavour Pill

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of psoriasis vulgaris treated by Barteri Seven - Flavour Pill, a kind of Mongolian medicine. Methods： 148 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 74 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Awei A capsule for oral administration, and Mometasone Furoate Cream for exterior application. The patients in the observation group were added Barteri Seven - Flavour Pill for oral administration on the basis treatment of the control group, for 3 months as a treatment course. The clinical effects of patients in the both groups were estimated thorough PASI score, and their incidence of adverse reaction was compared. What＇ s more, through follow -up, the recurrences of the disease were compared between the two groups. Results： After one month＇ s treatment, the PASI score of the observation group was 11.63 ±3.28 ; After three months＇ treatment, the PASI score of the observation group was 5.26 ±1.52 ; And they were all higher than those of the control group over the same period （ average P 〈 0. 05）. After three months＇ treatment, the curing rate in the observation was 48.65%, and the total effective rate was 85.14%, which were greatly higher than those of the control group （ average P 〈 0.05 ）. Six months later ＇after the treatment was finished, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 14.86% , which was greatly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference in incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups has no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Barteri Seven - Flavour Pill can improve the clinical effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris, reduce its recurrence rate and has good safety.
