| 摘 要： | 目的：考察教师成就动机与心理健康之间的关系．方法：运用SCL-90以及成就动机量表对302名高中教师进行了测查。结果：除了人际敏感、精神病性量表之外，被试在各个分量表上因子分≥3的人数比例均高于5％；教师心理健康的性别差异不显著，担任行政工作，教授毕业班的教师在部分量表上存在着显著性差异。躯体化、强迫、抑郁，焦虑、敌意、精神病性六个量表，与追求成功的水平和回避失败均存在显著正相关；人际敏感，恐怖、睡眠、饮食状况量表与追求成功或者回避失败存在着显著相关：在人际、强迫、抑郁三个分量表上，不同成就动机水平的被试存在着显著性差异。结论：教师心理健康状况低于普通人群；高度追求成功，高度回避失败的倾向，对教师心理健康水平均存在不同程度的负面影响。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between mental health and achievement motivation of teachers.Methods: 322 high school teachers completed SCL-90 and Achievement Motivation Scale.Results: The percent of high-score teachers with at least one SCL-90 subscale scored more than 3 is more than 5%.There is obvious correlation between the score of SCL-90 and the AMS's.Conclusion: The high level of achievement-seeking or the high level of failure-avoiding is harmful to the mental health of teachers. |
