综合护理干预在妊娠纹修复中的应用效果

目的 探讨综合护理干预在妊娠纹修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月-12月于我院行妊娠纹修复的120例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组，每组60例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以综合护理，比较两组妊娠纹认知水平、心理弹性、妊娠纹改善效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组知晓最佳治疗时间、症状表现、自然预后、治疗方法占比高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理后乐观、力量、坚韧评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理后平均凹陷程度、粗糙程度、凹陷体积、灰度值评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后躯体疼痛、生理功能、精神健康、社会功能、情感职能、生理职能、活力、总体健康评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在妊娠纹修复中实施综合护理干预可有效改善妊娠纹，提高患者对妊娠纹的认知水平及心理弹性，有助于提升患者生活质量，且患者护理满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Repair of Striae Gravidarum

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the repair of striaegravidarum. Methods A total of 120 patients with striae gravidarum repair who were treated in our hospital from January toDecember 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group accordingto the random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and theobservation group was given comprehensive nursing. The cognitive level of striae gravidarum, psychological resilience,improvement effect of striae gravidarum, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The percentage of knowing the best treatment time, symptoms, natural prognosis and treatment methods in theobservation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of optimism, strength and tenacity in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The average depression degree, roughness, depressionvolume and gray value score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Thescores of physical pain, physiological function, mental health, social function, emotional function, physiological function,vitality and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursingsatisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation ofcomprehensive nursing intervention in the repair of striae gravidarum can effectively improve the striae gravidarum, improvethe patient''s cognitive level and psychological elasticity of striae gravidarum, help to improve the quality of life of patients,and the patient''s nursing satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
