微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果

目的 探究微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年10月收治的56例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各28例。对照组采用单一果酸治疗，观察组采用微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮损面积及严重程度、满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.43%，高于对照组的67.86%（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后1、2、3个月MASI评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组总满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的71.43%（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为10.71%，高于对照组的7.14%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 对黄褐斑患者应用微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗，可减轻患者的临床症状，改善其皮损面积及严重程度，进而提升患者满意度，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Microneedle Introduction of Bonneheure Collagen Gel Combined withGlycolic Acid in the Treatment of Chloasma

Objective To explore the effect of microneedle introduction of Bonneheure collagen gel combined with glycolic acidin the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 56 patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number tablemethod, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single glycolic acid, and the observation group wastreated with microneedle introduction of Bonneheure collagen gel combined with glycolic acid. The clinical efficacy, skin lesionarea and severity, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate oftreatment in the observation group was 96.43%, which was higher than 67.86% in the control group (P <0.05). The MASI score ofthe observation group at 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfactionrate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 71.43% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence ofadverse reactions in the observation group was 10.71%, which was higher than 7.14% in the control group, but difference was notstatistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of microneedle introduction of Bonneheure collagen gel combinedwith glycolic acid in patients with chloasma can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the area and severity of skinlesions, and then improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
