正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的临床疗效

目的 探究正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2023年 11月于汉中市人民医院就诊的70例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组（n =35） 和观察组（n =35）。对照组采用口腔修复疗法，观察组采用正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法，比较两组 临床疗效、语言功能、咀嚼功能、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的 74.29%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后语言功能、咀嚼评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两 组治疗后生理功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 运用正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙，能够提高治疗效果，改善患者咀嚼功能、语言功能，使 患者生活质量得到提升。

Application Value of Orthodontic Therapy Combined with Oral Restoration Therapy in Patients with Congenital Missing Teeth

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic therapy combined with oral restoration therapy in the treatment of congenital missing teeth. Methods A total of 70 patients with congenital missing teeth who were treated in Hanzhong People''s Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (n =35) and observation group (n =35). The control group was treated with oral restoration therapy, and the observation group was treated with orthodontic therapy combined with oral restoration therapy. The clinical efficacy, language function, masticatory function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 74.29% in the control group (P <0.05). Ater treatment, the language function and masticatory scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, material life and social function in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with congenital missing teeth, orthodontic therapy combined with oral restoration can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the masticatory function and language function of patients, and improve their quality of life.
