皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤整形中的应用效果

目的 分析烧伤整形治疗中采用皮肤软组织扩张术的效果。方法 选取我院2019年1月-2023年12月 收治的50例烧伤整形患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，各25例。对照组予以复 合皮移植治疗，试验组予以皮肤软组织扩张术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、临床相关指标、生活质量、负性 情绪及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的64.00%（P ＜0.05）；试验组 愈合时间、血运恢复、VAS评分优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组生理功能、心理健康、身体疼痛、社会功 能评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组并发症发生率低于 对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 皮肤软组织扩张术能够改善烧伤整形患者症状，缓解其负性情绪，提高生活质 量，是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。

Application Effect of Skin Soft Tissue Expansion in Burn and Plastic Surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of skin soft tissue expansion in burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with composite skin transplantation, and the experimental group was treated with skin soft tissue expansion. The clinical efficacy, clinical related indicators, quality of life, negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 64.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The healing time, blood supply recovery and VAS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, mental health, physical pain and social function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Skin soft tissue expansion can improve the symptoms of patients with burn and plastic surgery, relieve their negative emotions, and improve the quality of life. It is a safe and effective treatment.
