卡泊三醇软膏外用联合司库奇尤单抗注射治疗中重度斑块型银屑病的效果

目的 观察运用司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度斑块型银屑病的效果。方法 选取2021年6月-2023年12月寿光市皮肤病防治站皮肤科收治的120例中重度斑块型银屑病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组60例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用司库奇尤单抗注射治疗，比较两组银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数（PASI）评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后PASI评分均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的71.67%（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的16.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 卡泊三醇软膏外用联合司库奇尤单抗注射治疗中重度斑块型银屑病的效果良好，能有效改善银屑病症状，降低皮肤病变程度，且治疗后不良反应发生几率较低，应用安全性较高。

Effect of Topical Calcipotriol Ointment Combined with Secukinumab Injection in theTreatment of Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis

Objective To observe the effect of secukinumab in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Shouguang Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Station from June 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided intocontrol group and study group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with calcipotriol ointment forexternal use, and the study group was treated with secukinumab injection on the basis of the control group. The psoriasis areaand severity index (PASI) score, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results ThePASI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the study group was lower than thecontrol group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 71.67% inthe control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 16.67%in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The external application of calcipotriol ointment combined with secukinumabinjection is effective in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, which can effectively improve the symptoms ofpsoriasis and reduce the degree of skin lesions. Meanwhile, the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is low and theapplication safety is high.
